Jason and his team provided outstanding management of my rental property for the last 1+ years & made it easy to manage. Very responsive to requests/questions. OWNER BEWARE....I have a rental property and would not suggest this company to anyone. They could care less about your investment or you. It's been below freezing in Washington state, my good friend entrusted this company to look after his home. Tenants furnace went out with a family of 5, 3 children under age 10 left them for 4 nights without resolution. Manage your own home or do thorough and intense research before you hire this company or any other company for that matter! They only care about collecting their fee's! I manage my own rental, thank me later!

Thanks, SJC! We were nervous to rent out our house, as it was our first time. SJC made it easy. They took care of listing our home, rented it quickly (within a month of listing), and have acted as great liaisons between us and the tenants on topics like paint colors and setting up utilities. Very happy to have chosen SJC as our property management company.

Once they get you on a lease they will provide minimal effort for you. If you are looking for a property manager who will WORK FOR YOU than I recommend that you look I made a simple request for an explanation for “repair”charges on my property from the previous month…my account manager was unable to provide that. RESPONSE: Thank you for finally providing an actual explanation! ☺️ I never disputed the charges or repairs, in fact I expect them to completed as timely as possible. Thank you for doing that for my tenants! I am not satisfied because my “account manager” refused to provide an explanation of the charges when I specifically asked, long after the repairs were completed. Don’t misconstrue the truth… Once again, thank you for finally providing a thorough explanation. Maybe you should provide this information for your clients via email in the future instead of on google reviews. Just an idea… Mahalo and best of luck

Pros: My agent person Mackenzie was prompt at getting back to me and, if she didn't know the answer, she tried to get me connected with someone who could help. She was always happy and helpful. Cons: Property not well maintained. I STILL don't have a mail key and I've been here nearly a month. Appliances and hardware (including wall cabling according the Internet tech) are on the verge of crapping out or falling apart. Verdict: Seems like a property that's more an investment than one that someone cares about. But, when I did have issues, Mackenzie was a friendly and reliable contact to help get those things fixed.
